About Toxic Rockstars
Toxic Rockstars was born from a series of conversations and reflections about the ubiquitous nature of toxic behavior patterns in our workplaces, relationships, and social media interactions.
We've all experienced them. We've all been affected by them. And if we're honest, we've all participated in them at some point.
Our Approach
Our work explores key themes at the intersection of toxicity, growth, and organizational health:
Workplace Toxicity & Leadership
We identify patterns like nepotism, favoritism, isolation tactics, blaming, shaming, and retaliation that create hostile work environments. We examine how toxic leaders maintain power despite obvious harm, and why whistleblower processes often fail.
Personal Growth & Healing
We explore the balance between vulnerability and strength, setting boundaries while staying connected, and moving toward positive goals rather than just away from negative situations. Breaking patterns of unhealthy conflict and unhealthy peace is central to our work.
Emotional Intelligence & Workplace Culture
Creating environments where people feel safe to speak up is essential. We focus on building trust, integrating mindfulness into workplace practices, and shifting from "soft skills" to "core power skills" that drive success.
Areas of Focus
